Yes Rylak is in fact broken, kind of like how multiplicative battlecries have been broken and the de facto comp in battlegrounds for how many seasons now.

Eh, he's really broken with the undead / dragon deathrattle. Just massive buff a minions attack and give it to the deathrattle and never lose a fight
