When I was an CMA, my urgent care job was my favorite!!! We had NP’s, PA’s, and MD’s. The MD was always required to be there so no one was alone. I think you’d love it!

honestly you probably could still wear those heels to the wedding! Block heels won't sink as badly into the grass compared to stilettos or thinner heels

When I used to work at a pediatric urgent care they had hired a new grad after and she started on her own but they would give her like 2 patients at a time while the other providers had to get more. She did fine but I would just say to try and ignore what the staff says and don't let them push you around bc our m.a's would complain about her being slow or they wouldn't help her with certain stuff bc of xyz.
