you know, what really gets me is the question of "why am i inquiring?" "how come i dont know?" "why is it that im trying to understand? how come I really dont understand if the desire to understand is not mine?" so in that sense.. what gives rise to the desire to know, the desire to inquire and understand? if thats not me, then how come I don't already know? how come theres this curiosity? if that's not me, then what is? i guess the answer is just that its just another thought, another thing that comes and goes... the desire to know something, the idea that i dont know, and the identification with that... and really, i already am whatever i am...

All is one, there is not two.
You know it already, you know it’s true.
You can look and look but there’s nothing to find
The truth’s just been hidden by the chatter of your mind.
Oneness is here, now - not somewhere above
Oneness is All, oneness is LOVE.
See it and a smile on your face will appear
Your life filled with JOY and nothing to fear.

These deep concepts are difficult to explain. For example, the observer and observed are one. The mind as a mirror is very helpful with this understanding in as such “the lake-mind reflecting experience”. I can’t even write a comprehensible comment to explain this truth. 😂 Anyway Sunny, I appreciate your videos and EMAILS too! I never skip over them. They are short and powerful. Much ❤️ and 🙏 to you. Be blessed always, Sunny & Everyone. 🎉

" What dwells in the body " ? Great question

My main take away was the reemphasizing of "whatever you see, feel or sense is not you". When I meditate lately I tend to sense an energy that sweeps over my whole being like its scanning me. It is so strange and the fact that I inwardly blink and then it does a sweep mesmerized me. I then started to think that's it, i have connected to the IAM. Now I realize that I'm still very far to actually connecting, will I ever know when I actually connect tho? because I struggle to calm my thoughts down, I keep pulling myself back to just focus on my breath and again Im pulled away and I feel further separated, its frustrating me actually.
Another thing I started doing to test this "whatever you desire you already have" theory, when I meditate I start imagining my desired life and then I switch to imagine myself in my own bed this morning. Both visions are actually the same, they both feel the same way, easy and actual. I dont know, Im blabbing, but it was quite interesting to do that test..
Thank you again for your videos

I can pretty much dissolve many feelings and experience and be with the true self. Now I've got my exams and I'm really stressed. Should I continue to be stressed and study well. Or should I become aware of it. If I become aware of it will I do better than being stressed?

So, this means that prior to presence or awareness there's the something which I learned is called "Para Brahman" by Nisargadartta Maharaj or the Absolute. Therefore, when one dies, one's presence or awareness is also gone and there only remains the eternal absolute and one is no longer aware of one's own presence or awareness. Is my understanding correct?

Instead of 'presence' Sunny should have used, 'awareness'.
