Absolutely love your Studio Ghibli decor. Kiki's Delivery Service is my favorite movie by them and seeing any merch makes me want to go out and buy it.
I have artificial flowers that appear so realistic guests have sniffed them expecting a rose scent ! Real flowers are very nice but I feel guilty cutting them so I think it's best to leave them outside in the soil to enjoy while passing by. The one thing I would advise you about is placing the comforter under the top of the coffee table. The extra weight will flatten the stuffing over time--like walking repeatedly over the grass on a lawn...too many tramplings and it won't spring back upright anymore.
