I thought raw eggs are at risk for salmonella?
"Eating raw eggs can be a quick way to get a lot of protein. If you are consuming raw eggs, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends using pasteurized eggs. These eggs have been heated up enough to kill the Salmonella bacteria that was potentially inside."
Not Japanese eggs, they don't preserve them the same way we do in the US.
@@butterflymuse2707 did you literally not read my comment? Pasteurization is the exact reason you can eat raw eggs. Google the facts instead of posting your theories.

@@nicholekam5527 doesn't have to be. The scientific principles apply world wide. Salmonella is universal so to kill it you have to pasteurize it...
