You forgot your fulcrum point just behind the fork and under where the Handle attaches, otherwise you have to use your foot from the front at an awkward angle. Try tacking an steel tube that will leverage the device from the runner. Still your work is good and useful. Thank you for sharing.

Just collected some pallets and started looking for ways to take them apart. Browsing through youtube for an hour and half, this is the best design that I found. Way to go !!

Looks like I have a job to do...we're currently having a nightmare with split planks when dismantling these! Thanks Bob, I'll have a rummage around the workshop to find some decent steel and make our chore a little easier, great design.

This is the best design by far that I have seen. Well done! I was considering a pivoting head just the other day.

Very smart! Thank you for sharing!
Yes, altering the angle of the handle is a good idea - much better for your back.

Nice car in the driveway. Back in the 1980's, I owned a 1967 Austin Healey Sprite (right-hand-drive) that I bought from a Navy buddy of mine who bought it when he was stationed in Brawdy, Wales and brought it back to the States with him.

This is exactly what I wish the Eizzy Bar Pro was. Because you're right, most levering pry bars end up only contacting the outer edge of the slat and breaking most of them.

I collected a bunch of pallets and now I'm looking to make a pallet breaker. This is the best design, I've found but I don't know how to weld. Maybe I could do something similar.

The only thing missing here was the A-Team music and a great big fat cigar at the end

This is an excellent tool. Do you think it would be an improvement, or would it make it worse by changing the angle of the handle about 60 or 70 degrees so you would be pulling up on the tool handle as opposed to pushing down, therefore you would be stood on the pallet as you worked hopefully not allowing the pallet to keep lifting you weight as you worked.

Best design yet with the balanced lever... makes much more sense than a fixed bar.... Unfortunately I don't have the skills to make this... maybe i'll commission one from you. I'm only across the border in Liverpool . You never know it could be a nice earner for you... I could just see this on Dragon's den. and the beauty is, if debrah Meadon doesn't like it, you can take the opportunity to cave her head in with it and do us all a favour. Love your videos matey Good old British shed work !!

Is there any way you could think to do this and make it sturdy enough using wood and bolts? I don't have access to metalworking tools but this would be perfect because I'm always splitting the boards with the conventional pallet buster.
