let's be realistic. as soon as he has a girlfriend or a good amount of friends it's impossible to have that schedule. a big part of social interactions happen after 7:30pm.
@@09dariii You don't need "many" friends, but we are social animals and at least "some" of them are needed. But the real problem isn't not even that, actually it's the fact that he has literally no play time. That's so d-u-mb, it's unbelievable.
This is sick. I was doing 5am at one point but i cant sustain that anymore, even though i loved it. I'm a filmmaker and alot of my career requires late social calls or events, etc, so i need to be available for those later times. So now i wake up 7.
Revisiting this video 1 year after I first watched it. I was kinda half caring about studying, but not so big. I started waking up at 4am and then trying to study. The opposite happened to me. All the distractions flooded me and I couldn't focus for more than 3-5 minutes before scrolling on my phone for context I don't even use, I use a dumb phone as my main phone but the smartphone is required because I use some school apps but I also want to have the only social media I use, Snapchat and only the messaging function, because no one uses SMS or Whatsapp where I live for some reason. I am trying to return to my old ways of being more productive, and having more energy when I am supported to actually be awake because I've been getting a little sleepy when doing this. I am now trapped in a worse addiction to my smartphone than before.
My personal problem with this is that I would have no social life then. I tried a lot of sleeping schedules and noticed, that I'm never satisfied until I get some social interaction. It's like you cannot get out of the societys sleeping schedule unless you don't care about social interaction.
You can easily find a balance beetween the two. Going to sleep at 7.30 pm it's surely not so much more productive if you consider the cost in terms of social life: this guy is wasting the most beautiful days of his life in a complete segregation state. It's too much. I hope he'll find out
@@Philip-hi3hg I'm not on this same grind, but I know plenty of people who spend similar amounts of time absorbing media. I have friends, but I still don't spend more than a couple hours a day with them. Outside of that, most people I know play videogames, or watch TV, or if you're me, watch UA-cam. I suppose a case can be made for all of us wasting the "most beautiful days of our lives" but there is also a case to be made for this person's pursuit of goals, and the fulfillment he finds in that pursuit. Personally, I feel like shit at the end of the day, regardless of how beautiful it is.
@@lewisgray3701 I understand that. But you can simply stop wasting your time and be more productive in the rest of your normal day without waking up in the middle of the night. I'm just sharing my opinion, everyone can find his personal balance.

Works for some not for others. I like waking up early around 5/6am but I find if I wake up any earlier particularly in winter, I have no energy by 1/2pm, my body starts switching off whilst I am at work or supposed to be studying. So that's a big factor to take into consideration.
Normally when you wake up at 3am every day on your own studies show that there could be a spirit in your room watching you sleep....seeming as tho humans may have a sixth sense to being aware when you feel someone watching you :)
That alarmy app is really helpful! I set it to scan my facial cleanser which I keep in my basement bathroom. After running to my basement and a quick wash I'm up for good and ready to start my Day.
I’ve been waking at 3 am everyday since the last 2 years . And it is definitely my productive time. If I ever wake up late at like 5 am , my friends are so shocked and the passerby around cannot understand as to why my friends are referring 5 am as late . Lmaoooo 🤣🤣🤣
Sometimes I'm up at 3:30 AM in the summer since we have early sunrises but usually I'm not up that early. I actually tried a 2 AM wake up routine once. Physically, I was fine, but mentally it took its toll. So I went back to my normal 4 AM to 6 AM (depending on the season) natural wake up time.
It's funny how getting up early is this "new mind-blowing method" to be productive. Then I look at my grandparents who get up at 5 since probably 80 years.
Visit other other cultures. It's normal getting up this early. In Indonesia they just call it early morning. Some people spend 5-8 hours just in traffic just to get to work.
Same in India. Old people have been doing it since centuries here. Its just as normal to get up at 5 or somepeople at 4 a.m amongst old people. Sadly that culture is going away.

I agree! I don’t get the point of so many videos saying you have to wake up at 5, 4 or 3:30 AM. I mean, just why? For what reason? I’m the most active and productive between like 10 PM and 1 AM, and the least active between 5-8 AM. Why would I force myself to wake up at this time, if in the end, I can be active for the exact same time as him, just at different hours of the day.
If you have , no roommates, kids etc then it is GODLY HOUR, look you wake up at 3-4am, have 2-3 hours all for yourself bc rest of the city is sleeping , then you start your day and latee go to sleep at 7-8pm rather than watching memes or weird videos on youtube.
@@Niesmiesznyy please show the passage where I claimed that. My point was that there’s no general rule for either getting up early or lately. It depends on your personal biological rhythm. You replaced one bad habit for another Jeremy. Waking up at 3 in the morning no matter if you got 8 hours of sleep is still unhealthy. Even unhealthier I dare to say. Going to bed at 9PM, waking up at 6AM (give or take dependent on when the sun rises/sets) is much healthier than forcing yourself up at 3AM every day with an alarm that increases your chances for a heart attack.

@@TomeRodrigo in fact i woke up today at 5am and meet my boss at 9am, so all i really see is excuses xD active days take sacrifice
i have strong social anxiety. if i have to start work at 9am...waking up at 3:30am would allow me to do my breathing exercises, meditation, prayer, a strong cardio session (run outside), shower & eat, commute. this would significantly soothe my social anxiety and enable me to hold a job down without succumbing to all the stress, nerves, jittery feeling--that just wears me out.
I prefer that, especially in my country, the sun is coming up early, so I have to get up two, one and a half hours before, yeah, that's really cool.feeling

let's be realistic. as soon as he has a girlfriend or a good amount of friends it's impossible to have that schedule. a big part of social interactions happen after 7:30pm.
His friends or gf will not be totaly different. Just as you are not totaly different from your friends.
Also I wonder if he only does this during the weekdays, and then the weekends he hangs out with friends? It's possible.
@@09dariii Yeah sure, there are plenty of potential friends and girls who go to sleep at 7:30PM.

Been doing this for months now(3:45am). A tip is that meditation helps alot if anyone here wants to try and having a hard time waking up early.
My personal problem with this is that I would have no social life then. I tried a lot of sleeping schedules and noticed, that I'm never satisfied until I get some social interaction. It's like you cannot get out of the societys sleeping schedule unless you don't care about social interaction.
Its your choice, nobody is forcing you to do anything
You can easily find a balance beetween the two. Going to sleep at 7.30 pm it's surely not so much more productive if you consider the cost in terms of social life: this guy is wasting the most beautiful days of his life in a complete segregation state. It's too much. I hope he'll find out
Or unless you don't have a life
@@Philip-hi3hg I'm not on this same grind, but I know plenty of people who spend similar amounts of time absorbing media.

My dad wake up that early too when I was young, can't imagine how he did that, maybe this is the responsible man
True
Same in India. Old people have been doing it since centuries here. Its just as normal to get up at 5 or somepeople at 4 a.m amongst old people. Sadly that culture is going away.

The question is not "how" its "why". No reason is enough to get up at that ungodly hour.
