Glad to see I’m not the only one with this problem. I’ve been fighting with It and it’s so disappointed. I ended up putting an facecam there but it’s not the best quality for what I’m looking for. I’ve been looking for alternatives.

I’m trying to decide if I should get the small one or the large one because my HP monitor is 21 inches & I need for my Sony NEX 7 to be above my monitor in a tilting position plus I wanted to know if you can tell me how wide the clamp opens exactly?
