Nicky on the 'encore thing' / going commando: He is refering to when the band go on tour, and at the end of the night, where they go off stage and come back on to perform the last song or two of the concert. This is known as the encore. And they all have an agreement that they all four of them do this part with no underwear on, just their trousers and nothing underneath etc. (which is going 'commando') Hope that helps!! ^_^
