This massive feast cost 300RM and was loaded with delicious shrimps, squid, fish eggs, fried chicken, an entire fish head, and much more! Bro! Nasi Kandar Sulaiman! Their ayam goreng and curries in general are fantastic. Also, I'm a huge fan of the sotong. I felt a sense of pride well up when you said "他們講我吃不完嘞。I like to prove people wrong." and ”Who says I can't finish? I'm the strongest!" You have that mettle in you. Yay! So glad you took my suggestion to do this challenge. The amount of food was insane. The curry gravy itself is very heavy because has a lot of oil so I was worried when you banjir it to the brim. The guy's biceps were bulging holding the plate with just rice and gravy. Kudos on smashing the challenge!

Mostly tourist from selangor, kl, etc. They eat nasi kandar early bcs usually check out from hotel are around 10 a.m - 2 p.m.. so they will eat heavy early and go back to their city at the evening..

untuk next trip awak boleh try menginap di angsana hotel teluk bahang penang.. lagi best dari mercure hotel.. pantai dia lagi cantik n swimming pool dia lagi besar.. sarapan dan lunch kt angsana hotel lagi mantap and banyak pilihan.. hampir 80 jenis makanan boleh pilih.. confirm puas hati.. part nasi kandar tuh sulaiman memang the best in penang.. second nasi kandar sedap kat kampung melayu.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Not sure about other Mercures but If you're staying in Langkawi, DO NOT stay in their Mercure hotel langkawi, it's a nightmare. Was in a company trip few months ago. Almost everyone was complaining:
- Smelly toilet (in every room, probably sewerage problem)
- water heater problem (inconsistent temperature)
- water leaking from bathroom
- aircond filter not changed, no maintenance done it seems.

It's a term that we use as we locals patronize nasi kandar highly, we whack nasi kandar & can get kinda high when the mix of curry flavor hits our throat and brain perfectly. Get high like heaven ~ Syurrrrrrr-gahh

Here i share with you all some local's secret of the way to eating Nasi Kandar Sulaiman.... All you got to do is, dont eat it there at the restaurant.. Tapau your food with curry banjir and your side's.. and by the time you reach your home, the rice would be soaked by the curry's flavour, then try eating them.... umppphhhh thank me later... you will notice many locals will pack their food, they wouldn't be dinning in... 😅😊
