Kalau lihat di video yang lain, yang mau foto tuh tanya ke PD-nim dulu, boleh foto sama Tzuyang atau enggak (karena lagi makan). Pas dibolehin, baru ambil foto.

Tzuyang, the yellow spices on 8:08 on the fried chicken is not curry. It is Indonesia style marinated spices for Indonesia fried chicken and fish made from mixed herbs and spices, including turmeric that gives yellow color but not curry.
Then on 10:28 it is Sambal Kikil Sapi, or the soft part of beef knuckles or foot. It looks like the skin part of beef but not.
And Bakwan Jagung recommended by the staff is Indonesia style corn fritter. It is one of favorite dishes/snacks in all over Indonesia.
On 16:55 is Sambal Telur Barendo. Telur Barendo is the Padangnese style of fried egg, which is commonly served at Nasi Padang/Nasi Kapau restaurants.

Sambal is actually a chilli sauce. There are thousands of variety of sambal, but all based on chilli.
It can be really spicy or not depending on how much chilli.
Fun fact, every region has their own version of sambal, and different dish might taste better with specific kind of sambal

You can always ask the waiters first or asking to their staff once you're trying to enter their place before to make sure their dishes is halal or has some pork menu as it will make a cross contamination 🙂
