3:20 "Of course you can trade carrots and potatoes with villagers but this video is about farming" They've built so many Minecraft farms they forgot what actual farming is.
The thing that got me back into minecraft after over 10 years was stumbling on your shulker farm. Love exploring new farms and Redstone contraptions from you
For those who would like to know a build order that works well, this is the one that I use: - Build first house - Find bamboo (you gonna need a lot of it, might as well get it early) - Build villager breeder - Build iron farm - Go into the Nether - Build Hoglin food farm - Build trading village (I never build trading halls, I like to setup mine like a village, way cooler I think and it doesn't give you size restrictions when you want to add trades from other professions as well + Sim City anyone?) - Defeat End Dragon - Build Enderman XP farm - Build raid farm (I build a version much simpler than Rays, mine takes about half an hour to make, granted doesn't have Rays yield but you dont need that many emeralds anyway so who cares) - Build general mob farm (trapdoor flushing model, 6 floors, 2 trap doored for just creepers and spiders (single player) or 7 floors with 3 trap doored (up to 3 players)), dont build dedicated creeper farms ever unless you gonna make a music disc farm (which is always cool). General mob farm will also get you string (for your scaffolding), bones (for bone meal), arrows (bow = bae and yeah, I go mending, not infinity) and rotten flesh (yeah I keep it, you can always trade them for emeralds and upgrade a Cleric if you have a hard time finding Lapis for example, nice little backup where you can just straight up buy it and a nice addition to your trading village). - Enchant diamond armor (I know some like to mix their Protections but just go for regular Protection IV, it is by far the best, general purpose is bae) - Get Elytra and Shulkers boxes - Get TNT and upgrade your diamond armor to netherite (this is pretty much the only case where youll make something other than fireworks other than a handful of TNT for TNT dupers, hence dedicated creeper farms... kinda pointless) Now you are fully setup (you are pretty much unstoppable at this point) there are many more farms that you can make and these can be done in pretty much any order after the above: - Like I said, in pretty much any order but I would start off with this: Wither rose farm (enderman xp farm with a trapped wither that kills them) so you have a killing method for your magma cube farm (yeah you only need 49 wither roses but might as well make a farm to compliment your flower farm for black dye, saves you from building a squid farm) which will provide the magma blocks you need for your gold farm. Yeah, now you are making farms so you can make farms. - Flower farm, always nice to get the colors going - Copper farm (make a general mob farm, filter out zombies, drown them and kill them manually) - Bee breeder and honey/honeycomb farm (wax that copper, boi! (girls, you are also bois)) - Sand, gravel and concrete duplicator at the end portal - Shulker farm - Tree farm (I dont like ilmangos design, too complex, I prefer the nether tree farm which also provides bone meal so can recapture some bone meal used) - Moss farm (yay, more bone meal! will also go excellent with the tree farm along with your general mob farm and drowned farm to provide plenty of bone meal to power the nether tree farm and bonus, it also gets you shroom lights) - I love me a no drain guardian farm, make a portal version and drop the guardians through lava on soul campfires and keep at least 13 blocks between lava and soul campfires for guaranteed all dropped fish to be auto-cooked, yeah a little bit extra effort gives you another food source, always nice I think) - Wool farm because wool is cool - TNT duper based cobblestone farm to get your basic building mats (When you build this then you'll probably also want to get your furnace array going) - Wither skeleton farm - Glow squid farm - Villager based crop farms (I like to call the guy whom the farmer throws food to Starvin' Marvin) - Pumpkin and Melon farms - Slime farm - Witch farm for that sweet, sweet redstone and glowstone dust and in 1.18 you might want to build a stacking raid farm even though I personally feel that looting witch farms are perfectly good. Thanks for the heads-up, Zayden! Now you can build pretty much whatever the hell you want.
@@tejasmittal3762 Took a bit of time, had to think about what my actual process is but when I saw a couple of people say that they wanted to know a build order, I thought I help them out :)
@@pietpetrus2343 this is true, but the raid farm really doesn't produce redstone and glowstone in significant numbers, you are better off getting a dedicated witch farm. Especially when you like to make use of powered rail like I do. (got a muscle issue in my hands, so it is nice to be able to jump into a minecart and be able to let go of keyboard and mouse for a bit)
Well then they jus gotta afk their wood farm, their sugarcane farm and their piglin barter or hoglin farm fr a rly long time, spend a rly long time crafting, and place them down
I also recommend checking IanXOFour's design aswell since his design are really good like his simple gold farm is really is simple to build, but tie with ilmango's gold farm and his w skele farm which is takes same amount of effort like the gold farm but can produce 135 skulls per hour without spawnproofing
Whenever I imagine what IanXofour is like I picture one of those big brain wojak memes. I think his brain probably doesn't fit inside of a normal human skull. The stuff he comes up with is incredible; I have several of his designs in my world.
If you are playing in a single player world, I would recomend gnembom general mob farm instead of the creeper farm. It produces more than enough gunpowder for most players, and also tons of bones and string
To be honest I can't live without any farm, as I am too lazy to grind more than once. I really appreciate all the hard work of your team. All of my farms except iron and slime farm are of your tutorial videos (includes others' designs that you made a tutorial on) and soon I will make your iron farm and slime farm too! Thanks a lot
This guy's accent is great, i really love it. Thanks for the farm ideas, I'm considering being the "farm builder" in the smp i play in, so i could use these ideas.
Honestly my iron farm has proven the most beneficial to me. It isn't the most productive but it suits my needs, and it doubles in use because whenever I kill a pillager and go near my farm to summon a raid, all the pillagers run right into the same lava trap I have for the golem and it takes care of them for me. Really safe and easy way to get totems and saddles early game before you have loads of diamonds and netherite, which is very helpful on a hardcore world!
Very cool. I have an iron farm similar to yours. I built it on top of my villager trading hall and it doesn’t use a zombie. I think it makes about 3 stacks of iron an hour
I would also recommend building auto sugar cane farms at any of your other AFK farms. sugar cane only grows within 64 blocks of the player and I think it’s the slowest farm, so to me it’s worth while to farm it at all times if any other afk farms are in different areas of your world!
I usually play modded, but I really enjoy seeing the sorts of things people come up with for doing these kinds of farms in vanilla - it's really amazing
before anyone asks, the mods I typically use for my farms and such are: Create (most farms are incredibly easy to make and have work completely autonomously, you can even move spawners around to make EXP farms more effective than even a zombie piglin one) Easy Villagers for villager trading halls
@@entropic-decay create is very good for farms i made one farms where theres this big platform of linear chasis, and a button the turns the platform on its side, sliding all the mobs down to a large area of conveyer belts that lead into lava at the end

If you want an easy iron farm, you can use ianxofour's design, you can literally build it in the first 15 minutes of a world if you spawn next to a village
Probably a farm i can't live without is the cobblestone farm, I'm too lazy to be mining like 20 stacks of cobble just for it all to be placed again. It saves a lot of time too! Love your videos, and especially the farm building ones! Most of the farms in my world are from you, so thanks!

The thing that got me back into minecraft after over 10 years was stumbling on your shulker farm. Love exploring new farms and Redstone contraptions from you
For those who would like to know a build order that works well, this is the one that I use:
- Build first house
- Find bamboo (you gonna need a lot of it, might as well get it early)
- Build villager breeder
- Build iron farm
- Go into the Nether
- Build Hoglin food farm
- Build trading village (I never build trading halls, I like to setup mine like a village, way cooler I think and it doesn't give you size restrictions when you want to add trades from other professions as well + Sim City anyone?)
- Defeat End Dragon
- Build Enderman XP farm
- Build raid farm (I build a version much simpler than Rays, mine takes about half an hour to make, granted doesn't have Rays yield but you dont need that many emeralds anyway so who cares)
- Build general mob farm (trapdoor flushing model, 6 floors, 2 trap doored for just creepers and spiders (single player) or 7 floors with 3 trap doored (up to 3 players)), dont build dedicated creeper farms ever unless you gonna make a music disc farm (which is always cool).
- Enchant diamond armor (I know some like to mix their Protections but just go for regular Protection IV, it is by far the best, general purpose is bae)
- Get Elytra and Shulkers boxes
- Get TNT and upgrade your diamond armor to netherite (this is pretty much the only case where youll make something other than fireworks other than a handful of TNT for TNT dupers, hence dedicated creeper farms... kinda pointless)
Now you are fully setup (you are pretty much unstoppable at this point) there are many more farms that you can make and these can be done in pretty much any order after the above:
- Like I said, in pretty much any order but I would start off with this: Wither rose farm (enderman xp farm with a trapped wither that kills them) so you have a killing method for your magma cube farm (yeah you only need 49 wither roses but might as well make a farm to compliment your flower farm for black dye, saves you from building a squid farm) which will provide the magma blocks you need for your gold farm. Yeah, now you are making farms so you can make farms.
- Flower farm, always nice to get the colors going
- Copper farm (make a general mob farm, filter out zombies, drown them and kill them manually)
- Bee breeder and honey/honeycomb farm (wax that copper, boi! (girls, you are also bois))
- Sand, gravel and concrete duplicator at the end portal
- Shulker farm
- Tree farm (I dont like ilmangos design, too complex, I prefer the nether tree farm which also provides bone meal so can recapture some bone meal used)
- Moss farm (yay, more bone meal! will also go excellent with the tree farm along with your general mob farm and drowned farm to provide plenty of bone meal to power the nether tree farm and bonus, it also gets you shroom lights)
- I love me a no drain guardian farm, make a portal version and drop the guardians through lava on soul campfires and keep at least 13 blocks between lava and soul campfires for guaranteed all dropped fish to be auto-cooked, yeah a little bit extra effort gives you another food source, always nice I think)
- Wool farm because wool is cool
- TNT duper based cobblestone farm to get your basic building mats (When you build this then you'll probably also want to get your furnace array going)
- Wither skeleton farm
- Glow squid farm
- Villager based crop farms (I like to call the guy whom the farmer throws food to Starvin' Marvin)
- Pumpkin and Melon farms
- Slime farm
- Witch farm for that sweet, sweet redstone and glowstone dust and in 1.18 you might want to build a stacking raid farm even though I personally feel that looting witch farms are perfectly good. Thanks for the heads-up, Zayden!

If you build Shulkercraft's stacking raid farm, you get thousands and thousands of emeralds, tons of redstone, gunpowder, glowstone, sugar, totems, and even fire resistance potions. its a lot of work, but i built it in my hardcore world recently, it's totally worth it.

Bro I love the content!! Been watching you since like day 1. Are you guys gonna do another office tour?? :)
The dislike button is just jealous of the like button for being pressed so many times, so it just stays anonymous
your the best farm builders that i know!
I like farms (red stone), commands, pvp(only low ping) bridging (tellybridge), survival, and so mutch more!
my brain : you have already stop playing minecraft

Bro I was just looking for farms this is great
Farms are one of the most fun and satisfying things in minecraft imo
Great video! Keep up the awesome work!
i like how shulkercraft put funny images now lmao
This guy literally the Minecraft Eastory, his voice very calming. ❤
Hey shulkercraft,I think your next build should be a giant creeper with tnt and then you can blow it up!
Ianxofour's raid farm is a super easy build, so I'd recommend building that.
Shulkercraft : This raid farm produces 3300 emeralds per hour and some other stuff that u don't really need.
Totems : Am I a joke to you?
I’ve Been waiting for this ❤️
Built your storage system. Biggest and proudest Minecraft moment :) thx!
