- We purchased an addition Grass Run for our Pet Guinea Pigs this week - today, we have assembled it. Here is the complete assembly process and the 'adjustments' that we have made.
We also added in a few NEW videos of our Guinea Pigs (between assembly stages) to amuse everyone !

We enjoyed making this Video and yes the Guinea Pigs really enjoyed running around - it is a substantial size and it is important that they can all 'stretch their legs' as much as possible.
All our Long Videos just need more views now - and we are improving both the quality and quantity of them, as well as the duration. We're getting there. Once again, thank you so much.

Thank you so much! Always nice to put something together and video the stages of it. So pleased it was easy and mostly done....phew !!!!!!! Since we assembled it, it's been used TWICE ! Only because of the poor weather - but we do now have secure catches for both ends, we just need to fit them.

Thank you so VERY much! You are so kind as regards the Videos - we know that others on other channels are really good and well edited and fancy, but we prefer it to be 'real' - also we don't have much time to edit !
We have had real success on Facebook with the LIVE's there, so we know what people like is US being US. And of course the Guinea Pigs ARE always the stars - it's not us.
Also, we are a bit older than the normal people on UA-cam, so it's not quite as serious from us - we just have a laugh and enjoy things. Much of this UA-cam effort is about me achieving 'self-set' targets - just to see what actually is possible !
This video I know we HAD to chop it up and add in some of our Guinea Pigs and 100% no way could it be 2 hours of a video of us assembling it and adjusting things !
Our Guinea Pigs are wonderful and it was lovely to do this video with our elder daughters help. She did many of the tie-wraps and also did the switch over of the hinges on the top of the cage.
Hopefully, we can get a lot of views on this video - that would be nice. We shall see. Lots more Long Videos are in planning. Once again, thank you for those very generous words - they are very much appreciated indeed.

Love how Simon joined Stardust & Storm in the run at the end of the video... thought he was going to close up the cage door and hang with the guinea pigs for the evening 😂❤
Our pleasure! You are very welcome indeed. It was very much easier to pick up Storm and Stardust at the end of the day - so very pleased we switched over the hinges to the other side. Makes all the difference. That bit of the adjusting, probably took the longest. The outside frame and the top were two complete sections, but we were concerned about the overall stability and rigidity of the run. We only had 16 tie-wraps left at the start, so we had to work out how to use them best. We have 4 left now, as we decided the corners didn't need them - see the video for that bit.
The cage is sold as 'suitable' for rabbits as well, so there are two side doors - these we tie-wrapped closed as we lined the panels together - so no chance any of the Guinea Pigs can go through an open door by error !
These videos just need a fair few views now, the OVERALL views of the Long Videos currently stands at 450 viewed hours, we need to reach 4,000 viewed hours of Long Videos within the preceding 365 days. We aim to reach 500 hours by the end of June. We're getting there - it just takes ONE Video and everything might possibly take off.
Hanging out with Storm and Stardust is probably preferable to doing that with Myrtle and Mercury !

The ties is such a smart idea to keep the guinea pigs safe - it is obvious that you care alot about the safety and happiness of your piggies 😁🐖❤

I’ve noticed from England that the guinea pigs have cute little bums that stick up(like Luna) and some on little adventures channel and squeak dreams. I never see it as pronounced in other countries.🧐❤❤❤Too adorable!
