I had zero idea who they were but then I only watched part of the first series of big brother. Asked my friends and they didn’t know who they were either so I suppose it just depends on your tv viewing habits and music taste.

Scientology is just so particularly insidious, in that they make their members refuse to acknowledge or admit that their wellbeing & relationships are being harmed by it's practices. Its pretty much like an abuser who beats you, but then convinces you that it's because they love you, and that you should accept it for the 'love' that it is and rebuke anybody who questions it. Its the redirection of pain & anger received from being hurt towards people who want to stop the pain from happening, treating others as being the "problem" with the negative emotions that have been generated by the abuse. If only more people in scientology could summon the strength that Matt had to bring out of himself and refuse to accept the abuse to himself & others. If you really love someone, you wouldn't let others hurt them just so you could feel love....or what you merely think love is.
How old are you? I haven’t had a tv in about 15yrs so have no clue how famous each of them are now, but back in the day Matt was super famous.
