- Found a cool new Greatsword called Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC that scales with STR and arcane and has a pretty usefull weapon skill. I'll show you where to find it, how to reach its secret location and basic moveset and a bit of showcase of Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword.

This thing hits like an absolute truck. I mainly play str builds and used Ruins Greatsword and Lion’s Roar w/Greatsword but this new DLC weapon absolutely trumps

It's the perfect weapon for my arcane/strength build. The damage output is just amazing.
80 strenth a bit much? Just equally distribute your points across arc and strenth

Something like the Axe Talisman, Two handed sword talisman (ua-cam.com/video/nU-WdGq4k70/v-deo.html), Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman and a Shard of Alexandar if you plan on using its weapon skill or a Road Medallion if you plan on using Highland Axe in your offhand and buff yourself with its War Cry.
the ash of war deals what kind of damage?
It is not bad actually. You can see towards the end of the video when I use it. It is great for disruption though and closing in quickly. The explosion knocks down enemies.
I tried with elemental buff and it seems that it is just physical even the follow-up explosion is pure physical
