My bestfriend owns a few boats and his marina always have sellers So, I have them looking for me also He just purchased another boat A go fast boat He purchased it through his Marina He got a great deal but he’s handy He had to replace the motors and something else So, he got it for a good price Im thinking I will have luck with them (fingers crossed) I’ve noticed that the prices are starting to come down slightly Since I last posted
Yes sir, talk to your local health department. And look up your states guidelines for an MFU. (Mobile Food Unit)!It will be the same guidelines as a food truck.
I hate government. My dream would be to make a bbq shack on a small barge and float down the mississoppi. Live on it and serve bbq to boaters. All the state regulations involved would make this impossible. Especially since I would want it to be a wooden shack.
There are so many variables, I could not give you a realistic answer. That all depends on what your menu is like, how busy is the body of water you’ll be on? Your overhead cost. I would say maybe $1500 a day before overhead. 100 customers spending roughly $15 dollars per person.

I'm sure states have very strict rules and permit requirements for this... Where did u learn about what you had to do to make sure it was legal
