I have the x100 and x60. I'm not sure whats going on with the batteries, but half the time they dont charge. The odd thing, it seems like they charge better while using the lowest quality cable/charger I can find. Like, the USB port that is on the back of my nightstand lamp will charge it, but not any of my fancy Anker PD chargers/cables. It is a huge bummer because the lights are so nice.
@@218visuals have you tried getting them replaced by Zhiyun? Apparently many people have had a positive experience with that so far. No telling how long new ones would last though
Hi, friend!!! I have the same problem with my Molus X100, apparently these batteries have that factory defect. I have tried many ways to make it work and nothing has worked well for me. Should I claim the warranty or think about buying a compatible battery. Greetings.

After purchasing two units and one being dead, and them supposedly being from the newer batch which resolved the issue, it's very hard for me to trust the reliability and longevity of the batteries in general. If I were you and you cannot/don't want to return the product entirely, I'd claim the warranty and hope you get a good one.
I tried every conceivable way to charge the thing; external chargers, usbc when battery was connected to the light, DC when connected to the light, nothing worked.

How about while it's on the actual unit, did you try to see if it would charge via the DC-12 volt?

Is it the new patch, the battery that broke ?
@@sohailalhadrani7973 both batteries were the updated versions. One came completely dead and unable to charge.
