hey alex, your engagement isnt going down...some of us(me) just like to download your videos so we can watch em any time of day, anywhere, regardless of internet access, keep cooking no matter what
This is worth the listen. Like, you may not need to buy the book/program after watchng this, but you'll learn a lot and appreciate Alex Hormozi so much you just might want to.
This is probably the best sales training ever. Put these into tactics and practice daily. Watch this weekly, until all you hear in your sales calls is Alex talking you through it.
Listening; as a consultant; let the customer fully express their problems. It pays off later as there are bumps in the process. Customer will always feel you fully listened and understood, and will shoulder blame for anything needing fixing. If you interrupt quickly and tell them you understand, later when there are bumps they will reason it is because you didn't listen or understand.
I want to become a better sales rep for the company I work for. (I’m hourly though, no commission. I do get quarterly bonuses if I do well, but it’s not a ton.) I love your informational videos, and I hope to be able to apply these to my work. Thank you
Chick-fil-A seems to be just fine not working on Sundays. No need to be completely adjustable. I've learned this over time. Although, I get what you mean in rule 1. Also, who knows if one day they'd have to open on Sunday in the future. For now, it works because their service is so fantastic
Sales book is finally here , was living for this book only . Believe I was waiting for this book like living that I need this book next day or I don't wanna wake up,, finally it's comming . .
Amazing video. Could you do a video like this but on how to prepare for a long presentation / talk (that requires 10+ hours of prep). Very curious how you rehearse, get feedback, whether you memorize or just have talking points and elaborate etc
Alex, an idea for a video. Can you speak about email / SMS marketing funnells, how often to send the emails in a campaign, what to contain in the emails etc etc?
We are struggling with this question in our business. New video request: are the best sales people found, forged from scratch under pressure, or moulded slowly over time

Mozi eres el mejor del mundo, gracias por todo el valor q das. Mozi youre the best bro thanks for all the value youre giving out ( even though it’s for lead sourcing you’re changing lifes) love you bro
you mentioned to be available more often to close more deals. I've heard if a prospect thinks you have to much time, that can also damage their perception of you. Is there a happy medium between these?
I'm a business owner and I have to disagree with the first point. I have a high end service and I charge $200 for a consultation when my competitors offer free ones. When I had my calendar wide open I hardly got any appointments. When I limited my slots to make it seem like I was busy my appointments became full.
Ok so why does your $200 consultation provide more value than your competitors free ones? Do you effectively communicate that in a concise manner? How did you advertise the service?
If you have a super high close rate you might not be charging enough for your product. Conversely, if you have a super low close rate part of the problem may be that you’re charging way too much. Ideally your close rate should be approximately 50%. Depends on what you’re selling and who your ideal customers are.
Best leads go to the best sales guy. Worst leads go to the worst. This is exactly how companies hire based on salary while the worst sales guys will quit. This is crazy

Slowing down the video speed to .75x has helped me a lot with being able to better comprehend all of Alex’s info. (Just click on the gear icon ⚙️ in the upper right hand corner, and change the playback speed from there). He speaks pretty quickly, and the slower speed allows my brain to better soak in and retain everything he says. Hope this might help you. 🙂
