Most of Deadmau5 Songs Are Created with The Synth Called Strobe and the reason i remember sounds so streamlined is because the synth allows you to stack voices, not very many synths allow that for some reason, still it's incredible that you got it to sound so close with a completely different synth and different features

But since then, deadmau5's friend and band-mate, Steve Duda, created Serum to have this great "voice stacking" feature from Strobe. It's known in Serum as "Unison." On another note: this is the best recreation I've come across! No one else on youtube seems to get the drone's level and sidechain parameters correct. Phenomenal work!

this is INSANELY close to original. i think the original has a bit more delay (the part that is panned a bit to the left). if you are capable of remaking the "i remember" synth, you would surely be able to recreate the "ATB - let you go" synth (you can hear it in isolation in the outro) that is quite similar. i havent found a recreation of this one yet and im not really satisfied with my approach but would be so glad if you could give it a try!
