I liked the movie and own it on DVD, but I still feel it could've been much better. A lot of times it wasn't properly merged directorially, and the writers made Tarzan extremely evolved too soon. The movie starts, and right away in the 2nd or 3rd scene Tarzan was in a suit and tie living in the UK. He also could've been a little more bad ass. Too much of him becoming the victim. He was strangled by the bad guy, his ass was kicked by a Gorilla, his bones were broken, he was captured, his wife was captured, etc. They also barely brushed the surface of Jane's story. Again, directing - wise, you really don't care about Jane's character as much because you don't really get to know her.
Robby Lewis he's human not Gorilla no human can win against one. it's set after Kala raises him to an adult and it won't focus much on Jane's story because it's about Tarzan and it adds more drama to make the hero seem the underdog

Alex Skarsgard DELIVERED!!! And it was good to see Sam in a different role and he did a good job !! Brilliant Cinematography, sensitive intelligent direction .. And The love scenes between Margot and Alex ....OHHH La! La! La!La! La! La !! Everyone can be proud to work in such a great production!! But it all starts with the Script!! Wow .. Its .. Craft work !!! 👏⚡️🔥💃🕺 🎥
