I like the graphics, the open world, the supernatural creatures (unicorns, plant sim, fairies, etc) and the fact that NPCs have a life on their own in the sims 3. But I believe the content from the sims 2 is the best. So if they made a game with exactly these things, that would be IMO the best sims game ever.
Pretty much sims 4, no lag (unless you computer is crap) Tbh sims 3 has so many issues but no one remembers the complaining everyone did in sims 3 I rewatch a lot of videos some sims 3 and in almost every video sims 3 is featured in youtubers complain and yes I have sims 3 and play it to this day cause my computer is a beast and I get no lag and even with that the glitches mate like I get sims stuck in the floor and that cause the game to struggle, out of sims 2, 3 and 4 I say its sims 2 (since the game is finished and more content) then 4 then 3
To run a restaurant you must purchase a community lot. They don't make a ton of profit like the other businesses do. Employee paychecks usually suck up most of the money.
You should have just started a toy robot store. It'll give you easy cash, depending on your mechanical skill. A low level will get you around 250 simoleons.
At 9:03, he starts removing the roof of the store (I think he had used indoor foundation tiles to make it) and starts with the hammer, but then seems to move to the wall build tool and deletes it that way. HOW DID THAT WORK? I know this is an old video, but if anyone sees this -- I never knew you could destroy things en masse that way!
For the cash register, are you able to put a lockable gate beside it so only you can go in it? If you could do that it would probably be easier than always having to go through your house to get to it eh
Remember I had a locked gate AND a locked door before, all the Sims still marched right through them whenever I closed the store. Must be a glitch when the stores are closed, it's weird lol
does anyone know how to make ALL wall decorations including the curtains to be seen even when the walls are DOWN? i happened to play with that features years ago but couldn't remember how.
this store is 100000000000000000000000000 times better than the bakery....you should make her go back to sues kitchen and make candies because your cooking skill was going up, she gained enthusiasm, and she got paid to do it. also, you should have Malcolm move in before you get married, then use his money to have a big wedding. and you could also hire another employee. That way "Dat hair" could sell, the new employee could restock, and Stacy could be the cashier. you would make a lot more money and be more efficient that way. And to keep your employees happy you should consider putting in an employee lounge where they could eat while their on break or watch t.v or something that way they don't get mad and quit.

You need a mod to make corner counters usable. Most nearly everything is modded. Told you twice now that she will set herself on fire if you let her cook flaming deserts, and if you do that you need an overhead sprinkler. I figured you must like living dangerously. I've always admired your Sims 3 buildings, but man your sims 2 ones suck! Lol. I can't believe you got a chest and a vase as your first two digs! Bones and rocks are the most common items. See you're guilty about Kennedy. If you want to 'get rid of' his gravestone send it to the cemetery. Do not delete it.
I would advocate making a shop on the ground floor and then a shopkeepers apartment on the 2nd floor.
there are just so many things that make the sims 2 better than 3 imo.
