Hello. In this video, I made a "Charged Circular Saw". I used old laptop batteries in the Battery section of the saw I made using a 775 DC Motor. I think it can be used for wood cutting in general, as well as for "tree pruning".
The video seemed a bit long as I was trying to show the details and I uploaded the Battery video separately. You can watch the video of the 21.6V (25.2V at full charge) and 5200mA battery by clicking the link below.

An excellent video simply presented with all details. Very unlike many other videos on the subject. Without saying you have made a design of a hand saw which is safe to handle. Safety concerns should be uppermost since such projects are generally taken up by untrained and semi-skilled hands.
Your design approach is very simple and very original. I too have made a hand saw but after seeing your design I will scrap my design and adopt your approach.

Все отлично, но по электрике нужно другое решение. Жёлтая кнопочка явно не рассчитана на высокие токи, - в лучшем случае перегорит, в худшем контакты слипнутся. В вашей самоделке не хватает плавного пуска и шунта на торможение. В остальном все нормально - учитывая что аккумуляторные циркулярные пилы дорого стоят. Спасибо за идею и успехов в работе!

Like the project, but for safety I would have use two switches. one to engage to other switch , in other words I would have one at the top and the other at the bottom so I will be able to press the both
Thank you for your interest. While using it the other day, the button failed and I installed an on/off switch. This one is a little better than the other, but it would be better if it was as you say. It's still not too late to do this. I can put another button at the bottom.

Hello. The engine you see in the video is the 775 engine. However, the saw stops in the clamping state. I use a saw guide for long piece cuts. Therefore, if possible, use an 895 engine with 6000 rpm. You know the 895 engine is more powerful. You can use the exact dimensions I gave.

Sizdeki güç kaynağı güç olarak yeterli güçte ama gerilim değeri olarak düşük kalır. Bu motorlar 12 ila 36V arasında çalışır ancak 12V ta yeterli devire ve torka ulaşamayabilir. Eğer başka bir motor kullanmayı düşünüyorsanız o motorun değerlerine bakmak gerekir. Ama 795 veya 895 motor kullanacaksanız 24V veya daha fazla gerilim uygulamanızı tavsiye ederim.

Hallo. Erstens danke. Als Motor kann der DC-Motor 895 oder der DC-Motor 795 verwendet werden. Ich benutzte eine Spannvorrichtung, um das Sägeblatt am Ende des Motors zu befestigen. Hello. It can be mounted at 7 inches, but as the saw is correlated, the cutting job becomes very difficult. But maybe it will be better if it is fed with 36V

There are also places that say 360W for 895 motors. However, when 25V is applied to a 360W motor, it will draw 360/25=14.5A current. But in reality this is not the case. 80W is a realistic value. The 775 engine is slightly less powerful. What I want to say is that if you use 895 engine in this application, you will get a better performance.

Göbek çapı 16 veya 20 mm olan testere bicaklarini takabiliyorsunuz. Ben 775 motor kullandım. Verdiğiniz gerilim arttıkça (36 volta kadar) deviri artıyor. Elinizdeki motorlarin miline göre almanız gerekli. Ama Ben size 775 motor tavsiye ederim. Hem verdiğim ölçülere tam uyumlu olur sıkıntı yaşamadan aynısını yapabilirsiniz. Motor mili ince olursa genelde motor daha kuvvetsiz olur. 775 motorun mili 5 mm dir. İnternette en son 60 TL civarında idi. Eğer yine sorunuz olursa lütfen yazın elimden gelen yardımı yapacağından emin olun. İyi günler dilerim

Hello there. The battery pack has a voltage of 6S 18650 ---> 6x4.2V=25.2V. For each cell, 2 18650 batteries are connected in parallel and since the batteries are 2600mA, they have a total current capacity of 5200mA. There is a video for the battery pack on my channel... Qual potência desse motor?
Pode-se dizer que o valor de catálogo do motor é 280W, ou seja, 0,3 cavalos de potência. Porém, para atingir esta potência, ela deve ser alimentada com tensão de 36V.

@ söyleki 775 dc motor ve pwm kontrol devresi var ve projede delme kesme zimparalama vs yapacağım pwm 10a maks 40v motor 36v kadar cikio sanirim. Bu değerler için hangi kablo gerekir diye merak edlttim
@ aynı zamanda kablolar için amperaj önemli diye biliyorum ama voltaj içinde önemli midir?
@ ve projede şimdilik Lion şarjlı pil yapmayacağım ve direk adaptorle çalıştırmak istiyorum yüksek voltaj için (mesela 36v) nasil bir adaptor tercih etmeliyim
Şimdi anladım... 775 motor kullanacaksanız maksimum 5A akım çekilir. Bunun için 1.5mm2 kablo kullansanız yeterli olur. Saf bakır kablo olmalı tabi

Hello there. Thank you for your interest. But I don't understand why you think so. I made the direction and dimensions according to the regular circular saw in my hand. I'm casual and I'm not left-handed.
@ there is nothing wrong with it. it's just a left handed saw, in right handed saws blade is visible from the left. wen you're holding the saw with your right hand its so you can see the blade as your ripping wood.
