Mackerel are here! Catch Fillet Cook | Spearfishing Gold Coast

Hey guys! Welcome back to another vid. In this episode we head out to a local Gold Coast reef for a solo spear. We see loads of mackerel and get a beautiful feed of reef fish, sashimi + my first slipper cray!

Great video. Which beaches do you normally launch from on the Gold Coast?

Usually through Currumbin, Tallebudgera or Tweed Heads. It always depends on the tides and how much sand is on the bars
