Hello Matt. I visited Knockin today and last night watched this video again and would like to say I found it very useful and interesting, almost like visiting before I visited. Thank you! It is a beautiful strip and I was visited by a military helicopter practicing circuits. More of the same please Matt. I haven't visited Hawksview yet if you do requests!

I enjoyed that Matt! Anna and I love Knockin! We have been for picnics before - it’s lovely and quiet. My favourite part was the noticeable tan you developed from the beginning to the end of the flight 😂. I had a few flights like that in my old Eurostar! They do indeed get very hot but are a lovely aircraft to fly!
Haha I looked like I’d been for a flight in a tanning booth 😂. Agree it’s a lovely place. Nothing better than being on your own in a nice place for a while.
That’s a real eye opener! We become so reliant on our electronic devices that it’s a real shock to the system when they develop issues! 😮 I’m glad you were carrying a map 😅 Do you have SkyDemon also loaded on your mobile phone? I have that tucked away as a contingency as well as a paper map. Thanks for making this video, it was very useful 👍🏼
Hi, yes I have it on my phone just in case and also the paper map. But it still puts you on the back foot when you look down and your Nav is turned off due to the heat 😂

Great videos. Have my PPL(H). Not flown for a few months, contemplating having a go at fixed wing, that looks a great aircraft.
