Found out that if you have the Better Build-Buy mod and enable debug objects, those will stay available even if you disable your mods or remove all of your mods.

Sometimes it doesn't get deleted but goes to the UA-cam creator to approve it manually. Most times though they don't check (it's deep into the creator's panel and easy to forget about it) so your comment is basically lost forever. So you could try again 😅
gotta get to the end of the mountain excursion and then you can build on the lot. but you have to do the excursion every time you want to access the lot
There is a snow pile next to the bush that can be dug in. My sim found 10000 simoleons, golden Simmie and even elixir of youth once 😂
