We drop the 130"X84" sheet on the air table....cut one side of the glass....slam it to break.....lift it...turn it (using a dolly) then drop i t again to cut the other side. Then use razor to cut the plastic or pour rubbing alcohol into the break. How did that machine do the laminated glass?
Hi Scott, for laminated glass, there are top and bottom blades to score the glass. A halogen source heats the cut line and a knife blade then cuts the plastic sheet. I understand the Intermac machines can now cut 'shapes' (as opposed to just straight lines).

This setup can cut over a 100 6000mm sheets within 12 hours, good luck doing that with your hand.
