What you must fo after the message is hop on to a pipe that is into the hallway. The pipe leads to a level. After getting out of the pipe, you must see a wall to yout right. There is a texture that's different from the rest. Hop to the texture. You must be into a small corridor. There is a weird cube. That's the core.
You know what? This game is probably only scary if you're not a huge nintendo fan. Otherwise you know what all the remixes are from or may recognize map outlines from other games and are like "This is hilarious."
In all honesty, the game isn't scary to anyone but children. I don't really think its supposed to be scary, I find it more 'interesting' than anything. Plus after you've seen things for the first time theyre not really scary or interesting, but theres no real way to avoid that. Ideally, I'd have a bunch of stuff from this mod packed in and integrated into the base game but organized in a different way so that things were a bit more surprising in a calculated way, rather than randomized chaos. In this mod you to just tend to open doors and see cool places, then die and start at the beginning or get dumped in a lobby and rinse repeat. I think the strength of the game are the environments being dreamy, rather than anything else like spooky factor. Once you know the worst thing that happens is the game just crashes and you restart, it's not really scary as someone who is aware you're playing a video game and you're not fully immersed in it.
This area is a really good recreation of "7.29.95" by Greenio. You need to look up and to the right where the words are flashing "find the core" to proceed.
2 things: - look to the sky when you're in front of that toad statue and you'll warp to a glitched version of the 4th floor. the pipe there will lead to the same level that's in greenio's video. note you need 30 stars to continue otherwise nothing will happen if you try to do this. - find the core via dropping into the AI's HQ via the "?" painting. although chances of you arriving there will be random. and there's an "easy version" which leads to faceless mario attacking you and crashing your game. the correct version doesn't have that and the core sitting there waiting for you to attack it.
I have a b3313 v0.9 savefile with 72 stars and i tried first time but dont work Then i looked up to another direction and it worked Also if youre already in the another version of 4th floor dont look up again because it will kill you and you will appear un plexal lobby
If you have less then 10 and look up and have all caps except for yellow, you wont be able to turn the fourth floor to night but if you wanna you need 10 stars then you can destroy the core
Idk, people have different tastes. For ex. I played it and it was like walking around with no goal. The game is a bit wierd, but it was purposely made that way.
hey when i try to use b3313 v0.9 on retro arch when i try to select a file it crashes i don't know why maybe because the mario 64 rom i patch it on is a z64 flie but can someone tell me what to do?

I have 54 stars and nothing is happening when I do that - maybe I need more red stars?

I believe it does only during day time. I never knew it did until people pointed it out, because I only played this mod at night.

I'm not sure, it happens to me too. I just play on Project 64 even if some areas are laggy
the game just doesnt boot on project 64 for me so i have to play it on parallel launcher
You need to set the ram to 8mb instead of 4
