Hurra es geht weiter, wieder mal alles super umgesetzt. Es ist wirklich eine Freude zu sehen wie Sie all diese Ideen einbringen um aus einem Standard Bausatz was ganz besonderes zu machen. Die Idee mit dem Balsa um das Dach aufsetzen zu können einfach genial. Auf sowas muss man erst mal kommen.
You are making a beautiful model, adding many very good extra's to the Amati kit! BUT, I think you should have done better with the roofs on head A and B. The part supplied by Amati is totally wrong. A CIWL car roof has curves in 3 directions, so it cannot be made with bending a flat piece. I hoped you would have made these end roofs with your 3D printer. I made this part by sanding a piece of hard foam (I am not a very good modeller) since I have no 3D printer and hoped I could buy better parts from you ;-(

Regarding the Roof ; You might be right about the Shape but since we are doing already sooooooo many Conversions at this Model it will take to long to make everything correct. This is a Commission Build and I am working mostly regarding the instruction of the Client, means what he is suggesting , I try to realize.

Danke dir. Das mit dem Balsa Holz ist ein alter Schiffsbauer Trick fuer Bug und Heck und es war hier die beste Loesung
