In the Plastic website it's not white space under the hero text, there's actually a large video which takes time to load, and it now makes sense why the h1 moved up a lil bit after the animation
My Intention: "build for the most crippled person in the world, if you want your creation to outlive you" And on the subject of memory and attention, all sites design seem to luck one thing: A one click button to show a full (unchangeable) map of every info in the site. You can use a star map, any map diagram you want, as long as there is a visible dot related to every single bit of information in the site. A map allows people who repeatedly use the site to care for it. and remember it. Currently people are better off not assuming any formation to site information, else they will be hit with too much miss clicks and dead ends unrelated to their original intention for entering. Which is the abuse most commercials are based on.
