I've so badly needed this video for my son haha. He takes REALLY long strides when he runs, which hurts his dribbling. I've done some things to shorten it, but not yet enough. But I think the one foot in drill is really going to help with that.
In no time you’ll be tap dancing around the field past people hahah keep up the good work
