I know a lot of people with Sibo and Fibro that take Low Dose Naltrexone for pain.
Where is the sour dough inside Costco. I would like to get some but do t want to be distracted by other good stuff.

Caffeine is not against the Word of Wisdom, just tea and coffee. I do not drink coffee or have caffeine from green tea products. I just use these Perk drinks that use a different form of caffeine when I get migraines. But you pray about what's right for you. 😊
