You become RSM in leading FMCG company 7 and 8 years if you perform very excellent with technical and ground level knowledge. If you try new launch company or established Indian Lala company you become RSM only in 4 to 5 years
I have a question for you sir . I m in a new company we have been instructed to place a product but it has 15 percent margine only. Distributor is non co operative . He refuses to give free samples to parties to increase a margine. How can i place new product in shops with this scenario???? Pls guide
