I bought a box for my mother. She said it was quite difficult to use. She is old and needs simple things. It keeps losing connection, losing channels, losing network. Every time it happens she doesn't know what to do. I will return it and find a new, more reputable brand.
I had a similar experience with an elderly person. They just couldn't understand that the interface. No offense but you have to be slightly not much of tech savvy the uses boxes

That is absolutely incorrect, the very first Live TV model was the SuperBox S1 and that was back in 2020. I sold it to a friend of mine and to date it still works. The Vseebox V1 Pro was launched in 2022 and it's still going strong.

IP throttling 4. Home network issues (data distribution) 5. vSeeBox server issues and or maintenance 6. VPNs 7. Telecommunication laws in your country 8. Overheating of the box 9. Faulty router 10. Incompatible Wi-Fi protocol (box has issues modern Wi-Fi 6 router) I use the V2 pro which is the older model everyday since May 2023, and I have experienced channels briefly going down for maintenance but not at a scale where it goes on for days usually 2 to 5 minutes and then it returns as soon as you switch to the next channel and return to the previous one, and this happens once in a while. I can attest to vSeeBox having the best server out of all other models. Because I have compared the services and I found that vSeeBox is the most consistent. Right now as I speak Tanggula is down since this morning and vSeeBox is still up and running. So are there going to be times when the servers go down? Yes they are going to be times because they need to perform server maintenance to either change defective equipment or upgrade. There are also times when you are going to receive the firmware update to add or remove channel. Once a channel is affected by slow Internet or loses Internet connection it will display the channel on the maintenance message it does not necessarily mean the channel is down. When my IP service provider's service goes down or reboots at 2 AM in the morning I get that under maintenance message, so if you like any fault message for everything.
Hello, I have a box and love it. My question is it’s a streaming device and I know it downloads data. I know it will upload a little bit of data to check for system updates, etc. after watching a days worth of football games though I noticed it might’ve downloaded 20+ gigabytes but I found out it uploaded 18 to 20 GB of data. Trying to find out if you might know what data it’s uploading to the Internet and who is it sending it to? My question and concern is security for my Internet system, etc…. Thanks
You know those who make that claim are patiently waiting to see one of these services disappear to prove a point. The truth is it has been a couple of years and all of them are still up and running so those who did purchase can safely claim that they have broken even and are enjoying a return on their investment. Look, I won't sit here on this channel and claim that this box's price is for everyone, or that everything is above board with it. The price is high indeed, but you have to take into account your short-term or long-term return.
@@tvboxstop my cost is only for the box as I have figured out how to get IPTV for free (don't ask I'm not telling). Actually I have two IPTV services. One is a backup. So my total cost is $60 for two android boxes. One for each TV.

I have a VSee V3 pro & set it up today. My Heat VOD works but my Heat live won’t. Nothing loads. I’ve checked every update, uninstalled, factory reset, & haven’t been able to get anywhere. This box is terrible, I want to return it and get a refund
After reading your comment I checked the Heat Live app on my box because that's the one I use for my daily viewing, and all my channels are loading just fine. I used it last night, this morning, and am currently using without issues. You have to check if your Internet service provider is engaging in IP throttling. A simple way to test if they do, is to use a free VPN on the box such as PrivadoVPN is a really good one for free.
Is the free live tv service worth the cost of the device.I would hate to pay for a device that works and not the service.Some services can work poorly.

But anyone naive enough to spend $350 on a generic Android box with a name printed on it, is likely unaware that using this device safely will require the purchase of a VPN subscription and most likely an additional monthly charge for the (unverified IPTV service) that's advertised with box. Every live TV model I have encountered thus far periodically encounters server issues or maintenance. During this period there are usually off-line channels, and annoying buffering. Also depending on the channels or movies you encounter that issue. Surprisingly Vseebox and Superbox are two of the more stable ones. Then there are the more domestic factors such as slow Internet connection, and IP addresses throttling by your Internet service provider to prevent the usage of these devices. I am not saying that is your situation, but it does happen depending on who your provider is.

You only get Dolby Atmos, DD+, and DTS virtual X true self hosted videos not on the VOD app. You don't get DTS HD Master audio, DTS X, Dolby Surround, Dolby TrueHD
Can you elaborate? I am only getting 2ch audio but my Netflix app on my built-in tv app is successfully outputting 5.1. Are you saying VOD will not output 5.1? Which selections will?
If you connect the box to a surround sound audio system that can detect various types of formats, you will get formats such as Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS Virtual X from self-hosted videos saved on external storage. If you play in Netflix video and try to get these formats outputting the box the same way as your self-hosted videos they will fail and resort to basic 2 channel. This is because the box does not have Widevine level 1 with HDCP protection or is certified by Google or Netflix.
@@mikesonnenburg3636 set the receiver to multispeaker 5.1 or 7.1 configuration in the settings area, the box must be connected using HDMI passthrough, that is from the box into the receiver HDMI, and out from the HDMI to your TV. However, even with all other settings, you will not get surround sound audio from Netflix because the box is not licensed. Using the MX player and is surround sound self-hosted video on a pen drive or external storage you will get the formats triggering on your receiver. Also set your receiver to only output audio out of its speaker ports only and not simultaneously with your TV. Doing streaming app videos of any kind usually runs into copyright issues on UA-cam. You are usually faced with having to blur out almost everything which will defeat the purpose of the video. So most UA-camrs tend to stay away from that kind of content because it's problematic.

It remained frozen. Very bad, I returned the product after using it for two weeks and received my money back.

There is no box like this that can output DV. The only box at this point is the Zidoo Z9X Pro but it does not have the streaming apps like this box.
