Glad I’m not the only one running the Saw. Thing is a beast, running a Short Range Sight with Bipod and destroying snipers is fun as hell.
I run a M249 in Battlefield, too. It is the ultimate one-man-army weapon. There are plenty of times you can lay low and allow enemies to run past you, only to mow them down once they settle in. It is so good at side angles and sneaky positioning.
I had a time where I was afk in a bush grabbing a drink IRL and when I came back there was idk like… 8-10 guys who just ran past me in conquest and I turned around and killed all of them, I was so happy, they had no idea what hit ‘em!

Definitely. My aim is pretty sub par so if I'm not laying down covering fire with a group I'm tryna find flanks so I can mow down enemies with the element of surprise to give me a lil boost.
Actually most people don't realise how Op this class is with their ammo boxes.
I usually spawn directly at objectives and place 12 claymores before going on the offensive.
Good lick taking thise points after that.
I get more kills with claymores than with anything else. Same with grenades.
Paired with the saw, this is insanely good for defending buildings or fighting on hilltops.
By far my favourite class

I use C4 to blow up trees. It kills framerates of toasters and for some people, it raises their ping to 2000+ (full disconnect). It also removes cover that enemies can use to sneak up on points. Plus it's hilarious when idiots keep asking, "wHy aRe yOu bLoWiNg uP tHe TrEeS?"
I'm interested by your focus on the Control stat. I never thought it was too important.
I originally thought Control impacted how much recoil you felt from hipfire, but after learning from some later videos I've seen, it's come to the general consensus that Control affects how much your scope sways in a default position. I can't remember if it also affects your scope sway during fire, but if it does, this stat is a lot more important than I originally thought.
Liked the video. Had good commentary and provided some interesting options for loadouts and focuses for your loadout. I like seeing how many people operate their weapons differently in this game, as I've seen three different takes on an M249 loadout so far, all of which are different from my own as well. Just a cool thing I guess.
Thank you! Yeah, after testing in the shooting range, I came to find out that control is your weapon sway and how the gun feels while moving around with your mouse.
@@Scrappsta I'd rather change my sensitivity and focus on horizontal recoil.

u should have mentioned your character loadouts. what kind of armor you run , backpacksize etc
i like to meme and go for the exo helmet and armor. makes me feel like robocop
Believe it or not, I just figured out that we could even change our armor, etc after making this video.
That clip at the end was so good. I'm really new, but digging the SAW. It's so good practically anyway I build it, but you're absolutely right about the shorter range optics being ideal, I believe.

alas, in the beginning you have no access to m249, you only have L86, with that very little mag that needs to be reloaded every 10secs and reloading is sooooooo sloooooow
The L86 is slow at reloading and the mag size sucks for sure, but honestly, you don’t need to use it to rank up. Weapon unlocks are based off your rank and not the class played. If the L86 had a bigger mag, it actually might be my main weapon cuz that gun actually rocks

Headshots are so important with the SAW. That's the only downside.
MG with supressor, makes me always sick^^ Thats the most important thing, using a MG. The music:D

Okay but what does control actually do and why do you want it to be higher over other stats like recoil? If it's weapon sway I don't really get it because if I put a laser on the gun the red dot doesn't sway at all.

The SAW is the only gun I use. It's such a fun gun!
controll is just the sway of a weapon i wouldn't bother to much about that on a lmg
I noticed recoil is more important. Sway is easy to control. Recoil makes long range unreliable.
Is this loadout good for short, medium and long distances? Another serious thing, could you tell us what armor, helmet and backpack you recommend?
ik i'm not the content creator, but i would recommend the default helmet (it covers more of the face for headshot protection, which is important)
and the loadout is good for short/medium, long distances only for suppressive fire when you just rain lead down somewhere not really hoping to hit
if you want to shoot for longer ranges you can play scout or equip bipod with something like a strikefire scope
for me i allways use the strikefire
Lasers make you move clunkier?!
With this particular build, you will lose some recoil and control.
Have you tried it with med scope but in semi auto mode?
I have, it’s alright, just not my cup of tee.
Can't stand fighting against this gun, good thing my scar can demolish it
