After years of watching reaction videos, I can confirm that there are two kinds: good ones and bad ones. It actually takes effort to make good reaction videos to let the audience know what your exact reaction is to a certain moment either by your expression or literally saying how you feel. In bad reaction videos, people just sit there with barely any emotion and maybe pause here and there to talk about certain moments in an uninteresting way.
Well, if you’re just describing what’s happening and sometimes saying a lame joke without giving any transformative commentary that warrants a reaction and not just watching the original videos, then no, making react videos isn’t hard. The hard part is how she manages to crops out so many usernames because credit, what’s that?
In my personal opinion I don't really think that her content counts as reaction. If it's a reaction then it should all be in 1 take to guarantee that the content isnt faked. The amount of editing that goes inside of her videos I wouldn't be surprised that in the next video theres gonna be subway surfers game playing on the right of the screen just so the little children that she calls her audience don't get bored and leave because they're attention span is on the broad side of 2.5 nanoseconds. If it was the authentic traditional reaction then it would be in 1 take without stopping until the next clip. Also she's barely even reacting to anything like her videos are just "People who avoided close calls"
While she has been in a bunch of controversies and I do not like her/agree with how she's reacted to those controversies, she still works pretty hard. I 100% do not like this woman, but I have some mild respect for the work she does.
Ngl I think it is very hard in general, I see people like jackseptieye with his meme time videos, and coryxkenshin with spooky scary Sunday, not only that the face came and set up will be hard to do too.

Yes it's easy but depends on the video and also for how long a youtuber does make reaction videos.
