I play trumpet, and as a wind player, I was taught from a very young age to never puff my cheeks when playing because it makes it harder to play and can also leave you with weak face muscles and sometimes even long term health issues

Hi guys! The boy at 7:50 with the bendy legs - that's actually something pretty common, just not to that scale. It's called hyperextension/hypermobility, usually attributed to the arms and fingers, and it's less known but many people have hyperextended legs, and you can actually work to make them more hyperextended. It's how ballet dancers can raise their feet off of the ground while keeping their knees down 😊
