I saw Matt live in Baltimore right before Christmas, but only heard the last song of his set. I had never heard of him, so I talked to him for a few minutes at the back of the bar where he was selling merchandise, super nice guy. I asked him for his best cd, and I absolutely love it. You have got to see him live, the power and passion in his voice is amazing.

The Pied Piper on a Pale Horse is amazing. The Girl with the Neck Tattoo is another favorite of mine - very clever and amusing lyrics, and so catchy. I also love the psychadelic imagery in The Crayon Song and The Wedding Song...both are so beautiful. Much respect Matt!

I'm thrilled that you liked my song! Your reaction made my day! This song blew me away the first time I heard it a few months ago. You should check out the music video for it too, its incredible. The style of the video is a play on Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues", which was a ground-breaking video for its time. I had to go with this version though. The power and the fury is unrivaled. He spits fire. Thanks for the reaction guys!
