Nah Maki has liked him first since the beginning but since shirogane told dude to do the wall slam he got with a girl that didn’t even like him at first but Maki has always liked him in a Kaguya Tsundere way so she gotta win back her mans it’s not messed up it’s messed up her friend got in the way smh

The part where only one coin is facing up about who dislike Ishigane, I think that is Chika and not Miko. Look at her face during the scene when Ishigane said only one person dislike him. She’s definitely showing guilt on her face at that scene.
