How to do this without accounts with MS? I don't want to do that as I have local accounts so I don't want to create new accounts for just this purpose.
Today I logged my Windows 10 into my old Windows account after coming back an hour later it said I had expired my screentime. I will not deal with any of this shit again.

I believe local accounts are no different from accounts on other devices. If they’re all under one admin account, the steps are the same as here.

So what happens when the time is up? Does the laptop switch off or give a warning?
This doesn't help when a Child, who only has a child account, can just go and make themselves an Administrator and then delete all the limits.
