I commented on another upload of Pizzaface_sample1c, figure I'll mention it here: I emailed Mr. Sauceman directly to ask if that one was real, this was his response: "Yes, this is an unfinished test track I made that didn't make the cut because it didn't fit with the direction we had for the final boss. It was too fast-paced for phase 2." So I can at least verify that this one was real and made by Mr. Sauceman. I'd assume the rest are real too.
