This discussion is about the importance of empathy for people's struggles, particularly in the context of entrepreneurship. They acknowledge that everyone faces obstacles and roadblocks in their lives, some of which are easier to overcome than others. The hosts also touch on the fact that some people have deeper rooted issues that prevent them from succeeding, and that it is important to be understanding and empathetic towards these individuals.
They shares their experience coaching entrepreneurs and realizing that some people have real fears and phobias that hold them back from taking action, such as posting on social media or promoting their products. They emphasize that it is not helpful to simply tell someone to get over their fears, as these issues are often deeply rooted and require a more empathetic approach.

Watching this episode gave me anxiety. I felt like these two ladies have great ideas, but they should go work for someone in their field (serve) and learn how they operate. This new generation want to start a business without working a job. That’s how you learn.

This is so good! I always enjoy the live coaching. From my perspective, the two major takeaways were: the crippling impact of not having clarity around your business and the importance of addressing money leaks in your business.

I love Donni's critical thinking skills. She reinforces practicality mixed with up leveling. Bravo! to her coaching skills, 🤌🏽 kiss! Neither guest seem to have the fundamentals, and it's hurting both of them - yikes. I wish them, well🌻

Your passion is the thing you can do for hours just because you love to do it so much, and you would potentially do it for free. And yes, you can have more than one passion. The reason I'm saying this is because the young lady spoke about photography as if it was a chore. Show people that you're passionate about your craft by being the best you can be at it. You may not be the best in the world, but if you believe you are then other people will too.

As a former high school educator who cares about children, it’s disappointing but real to see how so many substitute teachers don’t even bother. It is not cute, it is not kind. It’s just triflin. Being one more adult who boasts about NOT caring about children is not impressive. And why is she being referred to as a teacher? Teaching is not assembly work. When I subbed before teaching full-time, I brought my own materials because I cared. This part of the conversation was disheartening. Children just continue to pay for adults’ indifference. Wow.

Exactly! Watching how cavalier she was about being playing a substitute teacher was sad…I think that people show up how they are. As a Realtor, Mental Health counselor and other stuff I am always aware of how I show up in ALL MY ROLES, etc. Other educators, conscious parents, nonprofits etc would be turned off to the highest.

I mean one thing she could do is create a page dedicated to all Atlanta Events with photos and videos! Be the go to place and then they could pay her for promo for upcoming events! She just needs to be at the events and tagging the businesses and use your 360 booth at the events Put yourself in the room !!

    The others I feel from
Aniya is that I don’t think photography fulfills her , it probably started as a hustle . She said she didn’t want to feel like a tool , wanted to ultimately feel more valuable , and photography to her probably feels mindless . Might need to rethink her careee path, but if I’m wrong , like they said , she’s doesn’t need to be subbing studying branding, she needs to learn what makes a good photographer , how to photoshop , how to capture essence in a photo beyond the picture etc. im excited for them both , it will get better .

We definitely need passionate individuals in the schools. Her comment just turned me off. Children love when I come through the doors, because we talk about real stuff.
The schools already dysfunctional and unorganized. Cleveland,OH
