I've been fascinated to find myself able to see moiré patterns in meshes like fences, with seemingly no overlapping patterns, using my bare eyes and no camera. But our eyes do not have a sensor matrix in the same way, meaning the effect must be caused by self-interfering patterns caused by imperfections in the mesh, such a embossed rhombic grids.
If it doesn’t take the front and the back of the brain and two hemispheres in harmony with each other to maximize the magnetics, then your eyes wouldn’t look magnetic. Other than that I wouldn’t have clue. Only you may be talking a lot of messes going on.
