So soothing. Keni Burk & his brothers were way ahead of their time with this album. I bought this album back in 1976 and of course oner time it got broken & thrown away. Thanx for the post.
I was stationed at Nellingen barracks 75,76 bought it at Robinson barracks,bought a lot of music at RB,love this unheralded,largely unheard album it's a masterpiece.I think one of the Burke brothers just died.
Ironically it's April 4th 2021 - Clarence Jr. had passed around the time of your post. Brother James M. Burke III (Writer of this and Pasado) just recently passed.
These brothers tore it up! They have always been my favorite group. I hope there'll be a reunion. They're in a class by themselves. Thanks for the joy ....!
Bought this album in Stuttgart,Germany I believe in 1976 turned the whole platoon onto it they dug it so much so that my copy went home with one of my buddies and I've never owned it again.Used to got to sleep to Theme Of Angels.

Hey, I love God! I had found this over a yr. ago and made a beat to it. I put it in a folder I rarely check and forgot about it until a few mths. back. I ttiled it Angels Them figuring that would remind me of the artist-but I couldn't remember! Thank you Lord for leading me this way. Great sound.
Your are so right! I have this in album, 8-track and cassette. I evolved with it because I had to have it. Now excuse me for cursing...LoL. But THIS ALBUM WAS AND STILL IS THE SHIT! I can not say enought about this album! A family member (think it was a son of a member) responded to me here once because of my love for this group :)
1st...Why no reunion? :) But you have a hard act to follow. Those of us on this site love your brothers, which is why we are looking them up after 20+ yrs. But I checked out all 17 of your songs jus because you're a brother:) And U surely have their flare with your own style and I appreciate that. U also remind me of some other famous brothers...The Brothers Johnson, Strawberry Letter 22, if you're not too young to remember. Y'all are truely a talented family without a doubt! Look frwd 2more

Did you buy it at the PX at RB? I lived there from '70-'73 and bought a lot of records there.
