Discover the web-based software revolutionizing interactive experiences. Create UI buttons, icons, text, HUDs, game menus, and more with any vector or raster illustration. Experience character interactions or even craft entire games.
I hope the course also includes things outside of rive. Such as incorporating it into websites, make the "clicks" do useful things in websites such as navigate to another page.
I've been studying on UA-cam alone for about two to three months, and I'm so amazed and happy that I got a lecture from my favorite motion design school. This lecture is a New Year's gift to me. Motion design school is ahead of anyone else! ✊
Thank you so much for your kind words. We will be glad to see you in the course group 😊
As a 14+ year After Effects vet ~ Rive looks tantalizing 👌🏻✨
That’s true 😉
I love that Flash is making a comeback in a new way and under a new name. Lol jk but this is honestly this is amazing. I was a big fan of Flash and this is just one I've got to use.
True. Or journey started from Flash too ;)

Як зажди - дуже, дуже дякую.
Wow!!! YEE!!!!
stunning
Thanks ❤
Wait, so this is a standalone software called RIVE? It's not an After Effects extension or a plugin?
Yes, it is a standalone
Could rive become an alternative tool for making 2d animation? e.g., instead of using procreate dreams, after effects, or toonsquid
Rive already has the necessary tools for creating complex animation and also has unique export capabilities for game engines, web and mobile applications, which are not available in other animation software :)
@@motiondesignschool Awesome thanks for answering. I might consider learning rive from the start :)
Amazing!
Thanks 😊
Great one...
Thanks
I need a premium plan to dowload the community animations right?
Do you guys have a course on the fundamentals of motion design as a whole, not just for a single tool?
We recommend you check our basic advanced course for all beginners 😊😊
motiondesign.school/courses/motion-beast/
Can I find out what language the course will be in? Thank you
English
Where selling it animation? I don’t see it on upwork 😅
Check their own Rive marketplace for rive artists where you can find jobs.
whats with the voiceover??
Did you guys do your own voice over? lol
Guys do you have a monthly pay as you go cause for students in College this is out of budget. Please hook us up with a subscription this is INSANE!
We should think about it. Which monthly price do you think will be fair? 👀
Consider implementing a subscription service priced at $10 per month, granting users full access to all your courses. Currently, if you sell 20 classes at $200 each, you generate $4,000. However, with a subscription model, selling 400 subscriptions at $10 each also yields $4,000. The key difference lies in the recurring nature of subscription revenue.
While the one-time class sales result in a $4,000 influx periodically, a subscription model at scale ensures a steady monthly income. With 400 subscribers, you would consistently generate $4,000 every month. As your course catalog expands, so does the potential for new subscribers, leading to exponential and continuous growth in revenue.
This approach aligns with industry trends, as major competitors like lynda, Skillshare, Domestika, envato and others, as well as leading video streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus, have adopted similar monthly subscription models. This strategy not only attracts a global audience but also provides a predictable and sustained income source.
I believe this model could significantly benefit Motion Design School, tapping into the growing demand for affordable and easily accessible educational content. If you decide to explore this suggestion and your revenue grows, you can send me a finders fee in the mail... 😉
I think the best option is
1. Single fixed fee:
$300 / 3 months = $100/month
$300 / 5 months = $60/month
2. Progressive scale:
3 months: $100/month
4 months: $80/month
5 months: $60/month
3. Prepaid packages:
3 months: $240 ($80/month)
5 months: $360 ($72/month)
although you already offer nice seasonal discounts
My suggestion was basically Ten dollars a month in order to have access to all Classes, If Three hundred Subscribe then you've essentially paid Class, In one month and within a year we've paid.
Three thousand six hundred dollars, And we continue to pay.
Eventually paying for all the classes and still waiting for new ones to come in. If you look at your competitors they charge a similar way, skillshare, ada, lynda, domestika, etc..
After effects really looks so worried.
Wow
Thanks 😊
little bit pricey!!!
Oooo💙
Wohooo 🎉
thats like adobe animate...
Are you seriously? It's real? :O
Haha, yeah 😉
Cool! But slavic pseudo american "r" makes it feels like something is wRong :) Hope not
Slavic “r” is our favourite
This is truly your stance батюшка? So more and more software to learn? I don't get why... For the money you don't get much compared to After Effects or Toon Boom. The only ones that get something are cheap clients that almost every normal animator evades.
This is not comparable to toon boom or ae. The focus is on interactive and small file size. If you want a fancy app or website you cant do this ae and toonboom.
