Thirty-five years ago I was a visitor at the Word of Faith Church when they resided on Ben-Hill Road in East Point Georgia. It was Easter Sunday April 18, 1976; I was 25 years old, very lost, confused, naïve, unsure, in distress and probably under all kinds of wicked spiritual influences. I don't know all that happened that day, but I do remember the voice of the Bishop as he asked the people to leave me be on that church floor. I was crying hysterically and it was not for any show form of recognition...I don't understand God's intervention that day, but I do know that was the beginning of the covering of God upon my life as a young adult.
I had a similar experience in 1979 when I visited Cincinnati Bible Way Chirch as a severely depressed and confused young woman finding herself homeless and without a job. The Pastor Blue prayed for me and I was delivered from many things like rejection, fear, suicide, abandonment and unforgiveness. I wound up spread out on the front pew before I woke up to ask Pastor Blue what happened to me. He assured me that God had done surgery on me and I was healed, never to be the same again. I began to be connected and taught about the Holy Spirit, praising God and giving God honor with your life. I owe a debt of gratitude to Bible Way Church Of America and Dr. Patricia T. Whitelock, Pastors James & Grace Blue. Agape and staff
Dr. Bronner given me specific instruction in his illustration of a person with diabetes who needs to make a decision to detach from an oppressive relationship and choose a more supportive environment to save my life. Praise God for His servant and this word of God.🌺✝️
I had a stroke in my classroom at 34 years old. My friend died at his desk at 34 years old. Both of us worked at a CPS school district. I thank God now I can hear from him to obtain my directions. Hallelujah and Glory to the Lamb. Hallelujah.
Be strong! I’ll pray for you. Believe me I understand. Teaching and the profession was an absolute delight to marvel. Now it is about greed, power, numbers, seats, and testing in the urban areas. Strategically, there is no God in the school systems. In the Bible it says beat them for they will not die. The children (not all) are willowed wild because their parents lost their way. Without God there is no light. The nation eyes should be open by now- Once the lawmakers removed the Ten Commandments monument from the White House, there goes the nation.
