No, he is too busy racing around getting his packages delivered. The UPS Store ? Yes, they are individual franchise owners of a strip mall business, that is low revenue. They have the 'Time' to sit around and guess what is in all 'Packages'. they have the time, motive, tools, razor blades to perform the crime. CASE SOLVED. If you had not brought the 'UPS Store' into the delivery process, you would have your GOLD Bar. Once COSTCO replaces the GOLD BAR ... It would be very easy to set up 'a sting' operation, recreating additional gold bars in UPS Envelopes and have them sent/go thru that 'UPS Store' in the delivery process. Like catching Rats in a Trap.
I just went to the UPS store to pick up my 1oz gold coin because they couldn't be delivered to my address or they didn't even try to. Someone already picked it up with a fake ID and fake hydro bill within 2 hours of pickup ready notification. My package also required a signature but none was taken. Filed a police report hopefully, I will get my money back. How did it turn out for you?
