Why is the PC vibbing like hell on every note ? Such a old fashioned sound, made his intonation extremely flat in his solo. Good balanced band in places, hats off to back row in particular. Bu if I'd close my eyes and guess what section they're in I'd say second. I don't know if the pandemic has hit harder than I thought for bands, but for a band of this standard, this is seriously far from polished and up to the standard expected. Sop uses a extremely slow vib too , it will be detrimental on pitch and intonation in the long run. Wierd because the baris and euphs play completely straight / non vib even on long notes.....
Extremely disappointing performance from what is supposed to be a fine ensemble. Sorry.
