I know he loves to chart like he says.. but these introspective tracks are what i believe builds his true fan base. I think to Drake. Man charts every time he drops but his introspective tracks are what make his core fan base stay with him for 10+ years. More of this less of songs like Side Piece Jack, PLEASE.
His core fanbase doesn't put him on the charts or buy his music... This is always the paradox of these new artists. It's easy to say that u "miss the old" so-and-so, but that old them was the unsigned, and largely ignored version of themselves. This is 🔥, and far superior to "what's poppin'," but that track was a HIT... He charted, plaqued, and became famous with that type of material. In respect to ur comment tho, when these guys drop albums, they should remember to include these cuts.
