I have just started doing this in the past few weeks and it feels extremely beneficial to my body. I just turned 62 and have had many health issues these past four years, with a bad neck sprain injury two years ago, as well as hip and ankle issues. I am hyper mobile, which complicates what I should and should not do (for example, I no longer bounce while I am in a stretch as I've learned that my body has the ability to go too far, and then I get injured) I have a good knowledge of Pilates, which I use in these exercises for body structure. Your routines release tension, they feel freeing, building heat and energy. I love their adaptability. Thank you!

Thank you, Shi Heng Yi!. I want to say to those who may not feel that they have got a lot of energy, but rather have used it and feel a bit dizzy and exhausted. Go and drink a lot of clean water (1 1/2 to 2 liters, or six glasses, a day, is what the body needs), and if you still feel a bit dizzy/faint and exhausted, eat natural nutrient dense food with fiber and color, and rather several small portions, than a big one that will widen your stomach and make it crave more than you need . Sweating is a way of detoxifying your body, and so is eating fruit (goes out of the body after 2-3 hours) and vegetables (go out after 4-6 hours). Tea goes out after 8 hours, so think of getting enough deep sleep (around 7 hours) and restitution (rest for your muscles). Without enough deep sleep, your brain will not detoxify itself enough, and you will not feel well. And, without enough restitution for the muscles, they will break down, instead of building themselves up. This practice is good for you, if you don't do too much for your strength, or put too much weight on your joints, in the wrong way, too long or too fast. I want to comment the straight back and squatting, with the heals up, and down. It is important to do this slowly, when the heels are up, until you have enough strength in your feet, toes and knees, to not overload them. Many of us, who are not used to the upright position with the heels down, will at first not be able to keep the back straight and upright, at the same time as having the heels down. In order to not bend the back forward, and overload/harm the spine, or overload the feet/toes, when the heels are down, we need to put the seat/butt out, in order to keep our back straight. After doing this practice for some time, we will become stronger and more able to keep the back straight and upright, while keeping the heels down. When learning and practicing new movements, while using the breath to relax, focus and balance in the right positions, we also train our brain function, and meditate and stress down, thereby evoking good chemicals in the body, as will eventually also a joyful energy-producing flow state. It will make us less prone to disease and live longer.

My mental health has improved and I am gaining more strength and vitality. All the things you said would improve have. I am a Monk practicing Zazen in the Soto Zen tradition/Lineage of Master Dogen. Good Morning, Today is my first day of doing the exercises although I have watched it a couple times before. I am in the worst shape of my life. I am recovering from an illness and have not exercised in a year and six months. I have literally slept and sat around for 18 months. Now, I stumble when I walk.I have watched almost all of your presentations and I believe that I can start with your 6-day program. Thank you for bringing your program to the public.
Today it was a little easier to get up at 3:30am for the 4:00am session, yet a little more challenging as the practice went along. So grateful for this wonderful opportunity with our Master teacher! 🙏
I've been using your practices now for a few months and it has helped me change my life. The power I found in myself is so powerful and I hope to learn more every day and continue to grow and share with others.

🙏 Thank you for making this blessing available to everyone. I could barely make it through the last few leg exercises today at the end 😂🤓 but I am grateful to keep practicing. I feel joy and truth moving in the exercises. I just started with you last week and am a beginner. Last year I had issues and could barely walk without being dizzy and faint with heart palpitations so I have come a good way in my healing to be ready to deepen my stability and begin these physical teachings. I resonate with you and am following along to learn 🙏😇.

Jeder mit Ex-Kampfsport-Background hatte z. B. schon mal mit Pferdestand zu tun, aber sicher fühlen sich viele verleitet, (fälschlicherweise) einfach nur den Stand zu verbreitern, um tiefer zu kommen.

Thank you so much for another great session Master Shi. I finished yesterday’s practice and it went well, little soreness on the muscles as you said we will go through, but it’s not much of the burden. I’ll keep going with all of the classes. I’m so happy with the level of energy that I feel right now and also feel more focused and grounded. ✨🙏✨

🙏 Thank you for making this blessing available to everyone. I could barely make it through the last few leg exercises today at the end 😂🤓 but I am grateful to keep practicing. I feel joy and truth moving in the exercises. I just started with you last week and am a beginner. Last year I had issues and could barely walk without being dizzy and faint with heart palpitations so I have come a good way in my healing to be ready to deepen my stability and begin these physical teachings. I resonate with you and am following along to learn 🙏😇.

Das Konzept mit der 6-Tages-Praxis ist sehr hilfreich, um den Willen und die Entschlossenheit zu üben. 🙂 Zumindest bei Teil 2 in Folge habe ich noch durchgehalten 🙂Danke auch für die Erläuterungen zur Struktur. Jeder mit Ex-Kampfsport-Background hatte z. B. schon mal mit Pferdestand zu tun, aber sicher fühlen sich viele verleitet, (fälschlicherweise) einfach nur den Stand zu verbreitern, um tiefer zu kommen.
