I re-braided the entire hairline and pulled some hair out to make the baby hair. A bit disappointed that I had to do that but it looks more natural now

my concern is will it lift in the back and/or will make the entire unit slide off when put up into a ponytail. braids can be so heavy and with tension.

Heeey cooousiiin! Uuum girl love the way you slayed that wig but no.... there's is no way imma pay almost $300 for it! Dammit I loved it too and all the styles you put it in it would be great for my cruise this year too 😢. The only thing I'd recommend the company change with this wig is add baby hair to the back so it can be worn in a high pony! It would look weird to wear it as is in a high ponytail and the back have no baby hairs to make it look 100% looks your own hair. Other than that, it's a beautiful unit and looks like you did boho braids on your own hair!
